Like it or not, art is literally everywhere. There's genuinely no reason NOT to spend tax dollars on art programs, unless you don't actually feeling like watching that cool new movie you've been waiting to watch with a few friends this weekend, or that sweet new album from your favorite musician. And what about those content creators everyone's raging about? Their editors? Art IS a workforce in itself, and the art industry provides so many things for the world that people take for advantage. Imagine driving on the highway, and passing some billboards. A decent amount of them have had a tendency to look a bit off in the past, but this time, your eyes are in physical pain. Oh, graphic designers, what would we do without you. Furthermore, art allows young kids and teenagers to express their feelings, which is integral during pubescent stages due to all of the hormonal issues they go through. It's a coping method. So, the next time you listen to a song or watch a musical, take into consideration the creation process behind it and where all of the people involved came from.
